The story gets a new look
A long aging of the wine was made in cement tanks, a technique that was abandoned because it required too much manual labor to clean the walls, critical step in the aging of wine that had to be in direct contact with the concrete.
After so many years we wanted to rediscover this traditional aging technique Venetian: with a lot of courage and a bit ‘of madness we have restored the natural cement within our tanks, we have specially selected Cabernet grapes late harvest, vinified obtaining a wine rich body with a very low production per hectare.
Here is how does “The Clays, Cabernet” Cabernet after three years of aging “Venetian” is a very fruity wine with an intense ruby red: the concrete has increased the typical varietal aromas of our Cabernet, a wine with no aromatic interference , which keeps intact all its uniqueness.

Variety: 50% Cabernet Sauvignon and 50% Cabernet Franc.
Alcohol content 15% vol.
Ideal as a sipping wine and conversation, a perfect accompaniment to aged cheeses or blue to enhance the fruit jam, or with very elaborate dishes based on game. Our advice … Try it in combination with dark chocolate and liquorice.
